Food is excellent, rooms need to be maintained better as for bathroom options. Some of the staff are not welcoming as for some are the best e.g. There is a specific staff who’s welcoming you at the front desk at the hunter’s restaurant thick lady with short hair style think she’s a supervisor her customer service is very bad Other than that I enjoyed it to the max

Me and my wife stayed there for 6 nights in late August. First night the ceiling fan was squeaking when on and the room A/C was making grinding noise. We called for service but maintenance guy couldn’t do anything. We could not sleep all night due to humidity and heat. Second day we had to move to another room with A/C and working ceiling fan. But then that room’s bathroom was terrible. Water leaking from the shower ceiling from the shower above plus there was a mold on that ceiling and plaster falling off of it. And the worst experience is that no one took care of it for our entire stay. We have pictures taken for our record. I would not recommend Royalton, Antigua to others.

The property itself is beautiful. However the staff seem overworked, tired and lacked urgency. Frankly the resort is understaffed. I arrived at the resort around 11am. I knew it was early to checkin but I didn’t mind waiting until 3. However, I got my room after 4:30pm! That was ridiculous given that checkin begins at 3 and I had been there 4 hours prior. Several mornings I ordered a coffee once I was escorted to a table before going in the buffet to get breakfast, I finished eating and still had not received the coffee. There were many flies in the buffet area which was a major turnoff. This needs to be addressed as persons can become severely ill from this.

I know you effin' lyin'

This place should be ashamed of charging this much for a luxury suite! My sister sent me videos and pictures which you will see below, because I wasn't able to make it due to flight and seat issues. This faculty that was incomplete or not done I don't know what is going on. Part of the shower bottom on the outside chipped. How do we get part of our money back? I also since I wasn't there my sister still got charged the $15 fee for me and we need that returned as well. So we already put a call to the Royalton about that part.. I'm not going to say don't stay here, but I will say the price is not worth it. Most of my friends that went and including my sister all said the staff acted like they were on vacation!

Royalton is a beautiful resort. The staff were helpful. And the food were amazing. I stayed there for 5 days and did the catermeran excursion and snorkeling at Cadeefs Reef. You better can swim...like swim swim because youre in deep ocean and swim for like 3 miles. Drinks were on point and the rooms were clean and exceptional. I highly recommend

This is the second time my family and I stayed at the Royalton resort at different locations and was very disappointed …this stay checking in was slow and rooms were not ready , the ac system was not working properly and there were a lot of flies everywhere in the dining area and we had a lot of mosquito bites inside the restaurant..the spa was leaking in the pool area and musky

Customer service training is required for most employees. It was observed that customers of a certain racial background were treated with more respect and attentiveness. Even though we waited between 90 mins and 2 hours after check-in time to receive our rooms, employees seemed annoyed at us when we asked for updates. Some employees were not very welcoming and appeared as if they dud not want ti be there. They had terrible attitudes.

I did not enjoy my stay. The rooms were not clean. Furniture in room broken. A lot of flies. Did not appreciate the dogs and cats walking around. The check in was a terrible experience. They gave me the incorrect room and my room key did not work after 11pm-12am.

horrible! horrific!!!!! Not sure where majority of the staff are from but they aren’t antiguan!! Staff isn’t well trained. Hours without running water. No soap in restrooms throughout the property for 7 days. Cats in the kitchen and all over the resort. This place looks nice but it’s a poop cruise with the same buffet food daily.
