The beach on the property was beautiful and vendors are not aggressive. This hotel has a chill 5.Not really.A party type of vibe. Entertainment was nice. Food was good but better fly control needed. I. Don't mind the cats or dogs hanging out because you know what it's their world too and it is common on all islands. Rooms were very clean and the butler service for diamond club was helpful.

I want to preface this by saying this was my personal experience and may not reflect everyone’s stay. That said, this was by far the worst resort experience I’ve had — especially surprising given my great stays at other Royalton properties in Mexico and the DR. I arrived at 4:20 PM (check-in was 3 PM), but my room wasn’t ready. When I finally got it, the room didn’t match what I booked. It was dirty, had half-empty cans in the fridge, a leaking shower, only one towel, and cracked tiles. An exposed, broken socket near the sink made it unsafe to use the hairdryer. When I raised these concerns, staff were dismissive, even rude. Servers at restaurants and bars often seemed annoyed to be doing their jobs. Food took 2–3 hours, was frequently incorrect, and water service was slow. We ended up eating off-site by the end of our stay. The beach views were beautiful, and the gym/spa were decent, but the pool was dirty most of the week despite guest complaints. Buffet staff rarely offered help unless you were lucky enough to get one of the few kind team members. Room cleaning was inconsistent, and the electricity/water briefly went out twice. If you’re a Marriott member, note that third-party bookings (like Expedia) don’t earn points here. I wouldn’t recommend this property. The service fell far below expectations and made what should’ve been a relaxing vacation feel stressful.

I stayed her for my 50th Birthday. I booked a swim up room and had access to the diamond club. My room was okay..Nothing spectaclar. The pool was nice, but i had to request that it be clean as it was private and. Ot attached to the .ain pool. I had Butler service that consisted of two Butlers. Rodwin was great. Unlike other perferred accommodations this diamon club you had to make your own drinks. Rodwin was kind enough to bring drinks to my room. And make them.for me.before ensuring i had a ride to dinner at the restaurants on the far end of the resort. He would also call or come by to make sure i didnt need anything. The other Butler...name is not event worth mentioning. She didnt do much of nothing! Where Ridwin made suggestions, this chic expected me to figure it out and then let her know. O

The outside was amazing, however the inside smelled like mold, the rooms can be better for the price. The food seemed recycled and to much flies omg the flies was a never again for me. The staff was amazing and hospitality was amazing.

Rooms were ok but the service needs a lot of work. The staff are obviously not trained and there doesn’t seem to be adequate supervision. The bars didn’t have many things. The ladies at the coffee shop were very good. Jeremiah at the steak restaurant was also very good. I won’t be going back any time soon.

Spent my 30th anniversary at this resort! What a rip-off! More like a 3 star hotel. First food was absolutely horrible. Worst culinary experience at an all inclusive resort ever. Drinks were bottom barrel cheap rum. Request for any premium beverage was not available.Eight restaurants always booked or ran out of food! Room outdated and in need of desperate renovation. Broken door locks on terrace! Ceiling fan not operable also not able to properly adjust the air conditioning. Horrible entertainment. A total bait and switch. I felt like I got ripped off. Yes, I am a frequent traveler. Shame on Marriott corporation! I wish I could sue for a refund! Do yourself a favor don’t book at this bait and switch resort! Never use a Marriott affiliated resort. Pictures of this resort are a illusion! Not happy at all! Ruined my 30th anniversary celebration!😡

It was really nice and fun and I had a great time. The buffet have different varities, just get there soon as they open so to get it fresh and before everyone touch it. Also, I didn't like the fact that they had cats walking around the restaurants and people were feeding them. Otherwise, it was fun, staff were friendly and helpful. The spa staff were very helpful and accomdating.

This was my first time staying at a Royalton Hotel in Antigua, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. My room had an unpleasant odor, and the hotel overall seemed in need of some serious maintenance and care. There were limited restaurant options available, and the wait time at one of them — the Hunter Steakhouse — was over an hour, which was unacceptable. On a positive note, I liked that the pool and beach were located right next to each other, although the pool wasn’t always clean. The kids’ pool, however, was well-maintained, and the kids’ area was a highlight — my children really enjoyed it. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 5 out of 10.

Very clean and spacious, buffet was great however … you can never get a reservation on the app for any of the restaurants, however we got a table after speaking with someone and let me say is was not a good experience, every 5 minutes the waitress came out to tell us that something from the menu that we had ordered was not available ( the salmon , the chicken , the crab cake etc ) after about 2 hours we got our food and magically salmon did reappear lol - we were a party of 10 and a few did not eat meat only seafood. Not too much to do on the resort … we did enjoy the jet skies and the beach was very clean and enjoyable

The service was slow, we were constantly waiting for water refills and for drinks. Certain drinks (water, juice, soda, and alcohol) was not available for majority of the day for the week. The staff always looked mad and with an attitude sometimes. The resort itself is beautiful and has amazing scenery but I was not impressed with a few things.
