They do not clean your room daily. Only towel exchange. After a few days the beds are full of sand from the beaches. The front desk lady was not very friendly. Everything you asked it seemed like an inconvenience for her to answer. Some of the property looked to be abandoned.

Room was clean and well kept. The staff was nice, the restaurant was not impressive. A quick lunch by the pool is good but I would recommend finding dinner else where. The views from the pool deck are unbeatable. The room views shown in the photos are not identical to the room we stayed in, did not have a view from the room balcony. You cannot walk anywhere from this hotel due to the heat and massive incline, tho over priced taxis were readily available. Good luck

I had a great stay at this villa! The rooms were very clean and spacious, and came equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee station, and even a mini stove perfect if you want to prep your own meals. It’s also relatively close to the cruise docking areas, so getting around the island was easy and convenient. The hotel staff will gladly call a taxi for you, but be sure to keep some cash on hand, rides typically range from $6 to $18 per person depending on where you’re headed. My only complaint is the cost of food if you’re eating out every day. The on-site restaurant could use a bit more variety in the menu, and the prices felt a bit steep. That said, overall I can’t complain, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

I had an excellent stay. The only improvement I found was the laundry room-they could use some improvement-i went to 2 separate ones. They were a little untidy.

After total renovations from hurricanes, rooms already starting to show wear. Wall are paper thin and can hear other guests. Staff could not have been ruder. The only positive is close to town.

The room & property was clean but the walls were paper thin. We heard everything from sneezing, to talking, to chairs being moved and even ice being put in glasses. The fact that there were doors between the rooms added to the noise coming thru. The staff seemed annoyed with the guests and were not very friendly. Other than that the views were spectacular.

I thought the property was nice .. The rooms were clean and comfortable.. But, hospitality from the staff wasn’t that great . The women at the front desk had attitudes and definitely weren’t accommodating.. But, overall the experience was good.. I think the scenic views were so amazing that it over shadows the other things..

Failed booking front desk was rude at first the lady who works the store literally shewed at me and was on the phone talking bad about me while ringing me up. My cornea was cut in four places from glass shards in the pool.
