I was not expecting a luxurious hotel, but maybe a little more for the money I paid. The entrance was not very clean, the hotel staff were ok. The room was spacious, but not very clean. The hotel is only 10 min walking distance from the main train station and outside the old town 15 min walk.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful but this is a 2 star, very uncomfortable hotel. The mattress and pillows were thin and I constantly had to move because my body hurt laying in bed. It was 2 nights of poor sleep.

This hotel was great! Pretty central location, I felt we were able to walk to locations easily (15 minutes maximum to the city centre for the Christmas markets!!) the best part about this hotel is that it has a small kitchenette! You can actually store your food in the Kiki fridge provided, but also make/reheat food on the stove top or in the microwave which was AMAZING. The staff were also friendly!

For a place to sleep (and just that) this place is sufficient. But if you want safe and clean, avoid this place. On both nights while walking to the accommodation we were followed and harassed by someone asking for cigarettes. The room also had an odd smell (especially the bath towels) which put us off. The only (slightly) redeeming quality was the breakfast and the variety. The staff didn’t feel professional or kind (like that didn’t want to be there). We’ll be avoiding this chain in the future.

Kitchen is well equipped., room is very clean and it will be good if there is a box of tissue paper can be added to the room . Other than that it’s a superb place to stay.

Great location that was close to transportation, shoppIng and groceries. A good, clean room with enough. Kitchen stuff was enough-though some utensils were in poor condition and we did not use. Staff efficient and friendly.

It’s located in a quiet spot about a 10 walk from the train station Even though there’s not a lot in that location you really aren’t very far from the heart of strasbourg Friendly staff and all in all decent choice in a hotel

the hot water tank directly above the toilet terrifying, did not seem secure enough. the shower cubicle lime scale and dirty. reception and eating room terrible, dismal, dark, dingy. could not recommend to anyone, perhaps I should have stayed in the lagrange just down the road.
