Great friendly staff. Hotel is attached to a mall with a movie theater, which is very convenient. Pool is one of the beat indool hotel pools I've seen, especially at the price point. Unfortunately, area the immediate area downtown is sketchy, so we were concerned about the bikes we had attached to our car. It would have been a pain to take them off as we.were staying just for one night but the staff allowed us to park right in front of the drop off in front of the hotel so we were okay. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Great for a family stay

Easy friendly check-in. Good options for breakfast that was included. Lovely large pool with toys, lifejackets and goggles available For use. Attached to mall for easy access to things you may need and the movie theatre.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly The electrical outlets didn’t work on the bedside, or the washroom. Room 300 It was difficult to find a place to charge electronics. Breakfast was hot- but not up to par. No healthy options such as oatmeal Overall it’s okay for a quick one night visit.

Staff was welcoming and friendly, our room was fairly clean, minus the water damage to the ceiling. Parking was inconvenient, and the concrete speed bump going down the ramp of the garage bottoms out low cars if you’re not going at the right angle.

I liked the room. The beds were very comfortable. There are a few things that need attention. I couldn't use the plug in on the lamp. So I unplugged the clock. The elevator carpet is very dirty. A few things like scratched up furniture legs. The bathroom needs a night light. It is excessively bright at night time visits to the washroom. Doors slam if you let them go to shut. Other than things needing to be refreshed I.found all the staff to be very pleasant and friendly.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Check-in was easy and quick. Not enough parking in front. There is a parking garage but very sketchy. Didn’t feel safe. The hotel was decent but walking to our room the halls smelt like people were smoking. The rooms were average. Beds were horrible. Every little move it sounded they were going to break. Bathroom has no vent to let out shower steam. Very outdated. The surrounding neighbourhood unfortunately was not a nice one. Lots of abandoned homes and sadly lots of homeless people. Breakfast was ok. Staff at breakfast were not overly welcoming. For a one night stay ok but if I had to stay longer I would definitely pay the extra dollar or two to stay at a better hotel.
