Our last visit we had complimentary 4 pack of chunk cookies and water in the room and this time there was nothing. If you like to sleep past 7:am, YOUR NOT SLEEPING... A lot of doors slamming shut, the doors on the rooms don't close smooth, they slam shut. The Restaurant promoted by the Hotel Pesto which your given coupons for, there is not much options to eat from for a restaurant and the prices is too much for the small quantity of food received. Your better off going to Harvey's down the street. The queen beds are comfortable though...The hi lite of the hotel is the indoor swimming pool, it's large and fairly warm. The area around the hotel is shady, a lot of questionable people roaming around, drug addicts etc... I do not suggest roaming the streets or going out at dark. Honestly, the hotel is over priced, anything more than 125.00 a night is too much...

Hot tub is out of order. Pool water was too cold for me. Our rooms heater kept me up all night. It would make this humming noise for 2-3 minutes and then 2-3 minutes later start humming all over again. Drove me nuts. Staff is really friendly. Asked for a washcloth at rhe desk and from housekeeper and they had none. Breakfast was really good. Tasty food except we went at 7 am and sign was posted sorry we ran outta milk for the cereal. We didn’t have any young kids with us, so that wasn’t a big deal. Sausages were perfectly cooked, eggs nice and fluffy. They also have bagels, bread, waffles, muffins, apples and bananas. The yogurt is a big glass bowl and didn’t look appealing. Orange and apple juice and sweet tea, coffee and tea were also available. It was good for the price we paid for one night stay due to an appointment but I wouldn’t want to stay more than a night there.

When we checked in there was 2 towels for 4 people. A really small all in one soap and shampoo. A cracked sink. A bed the looked like someone slept in it and it wasn't made. We were told the room gets cleaned every 3rd day. The pool was so gross. There were no towels available. The side walls has dirty water all around it. The drains were clogged. When I went to ask to cancel my reservation a woman came running to the front desk saying people are stuck in the elevator. The other elevator wasnt working and the doors were open. Lights off and a caution tape that was across but fell down. So anyone could enter the elevator. The ONLY positive was poor Faith on the front desk who had to try to answer all the questions and cancelations. Never ever again. My 2 little kids were terrified.

Meh. It works.

It's ok. It's in an odd spot, and it's a weird layout, but you can usually get it pretty cheap. Pool was down this last trip or the rating would be better.

I normally don’t leave reviews but we had such a poor experience that I feel I should. We booked this hotel fairly last minute and I clearly didn’t research it enough! This hotel is in a bad area. It connects to an old defunct mall that looks to be used as a warming centre for homeless people. There was a security guard trying to remove an intoxicated woman for the lobby. The hotel itself is very dated. Upon checking in, I confirmed with the front desk that our room was NOT adjoining and she confirmed. We got to the room and it was adjoining. We asked to be moved and they said there were no other rooms available and that they don’t consider it adjoining because the door is broken. The room was advertised as non smoking but it had a very strong smoke odor. I’m not sure if that was the room itself or the adjoining room. I contacted Expedia but they were unable to move us. They said they tried calling the hotel but no one was answering. Also, the sound seemed to really travel. It was quite loud until 11:30 or so and it picked back up around 6:30 am. I could go on but I’ll just say, save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Not the greatest stay!

We stayed at the Raddison for five days and overall, it wasn’t a poor accommodation but it certainly wasn’t excellent either. Our room was cleaned only once (and we had to ask that they vacuum the floor during this one time cleaning!). They had only one elevator working and the door leading to/from the hotel to the connected mall never worked so, if you weren’t lucky enough to have a Mall Security Guard in the vicinity, you either had to go searching for a guard or wait until someone else came through this door, from the hotel side.
