Situated in a cul de sac on one of Sunshine Beach's most coveted streets, it's a 9 minute stroll to the surf club, shops & restaurants. Ideal for a large family with 3 king size bedrooms, a queen size and kids room with 2 single beds & trundles, plus three bathrooms. It has 2 large sized verandahs and dining areas plus a beautiful tuscan courtyard.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Dolphin Bay Drainage Reserve. The vacation home includes amenities such as 3.5 bathrooms.
