Driftwood Sunrise is a brand new Duplex in a peaceful location, offering accommodation for 7 guests, with 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 1 double bunk/single on top).
The Master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe through to an ensuite and the spacious main bathroom has a bath & separate shower.
You can relax on the 2 cozy recliner lounges that provide the perfect downtime whilst watching Foxtel or relaxing with a great book.
Outdoors you can enjoy a bbq under the covered Alfresco area, or sit and relax at the outdoor dining table while watching the kids & pets play in the fully fenced grassed yard.
Out the front you will even spot the kangaroo or two who even like to graze on the front lawn.
At nightfall, why not sit and stargaze into the brilliant evening sky.
At dawn, watch the brilliant colours of the rising sun whilst listening to the hum of the distant waves.
The Location
Sussex Inlet offers an abundance of activities including swimming, fishing, kayaking, boating and much more. You can hire a pontoon boat, canoe or kayak. The inlet is popular for fishing and hosts an annual fishing carnival.
Go bushwalking and cycling in the Conjola National Park. The Walter Hood and Heath Circuit cycling tracks begin in Cudmirrah, next to Swan Lake and near Sussex Inlet.
Golfers can enjoy a game on the leafy nine-hole course at Sussex Inlet Golf Club. The township offers all your conveniences, including cafes, butcher, surf shop, historic cinema, RSL, Bowling Club, Tavern, SPAR Supermarket, Pizza, butcher, newsagency plus more.
All this is located approx. 35 minutes drive from Nowra and close to the spectacular beaches of Mollymook, Ulladulla and the rest of the South Coast. The home is located minutes from the Inlet, beaches and Swan Lake.
