After a problem with a room in check in, manager Shania looked after us (thank you). A sign of good management is resolving problems. Location is excellent, bathroom is large and very clean. Breakfast is very good, a thank you to Nakita for great coffee. Bellman are very helpful, friendly, greet you with a welcome and smile. Parking is convenient.

We were extremely disappointed that when booking through Wotif that there was no information stating the pool was being renovated. We live in Sydney however I took the kids away for a night - and only found on arrival the pool was out of order. However the food was amazing.

Breakfast was nice with a good variety. Coffee was very good which is a bonus. I felt that the room could have done with a proper clean though…particularly the bathroom. One thing I noticed on this stay was that they no longer provide in the room the bathroom accessories like shower caps, sewing kit, cotton buds etc which is nice to have available rather than requesting the items when needed.
