1) Light in one of the rooms did not work. 2) Room service never arrives and you need to go to reception yourself to get anything you need. Happened 3 times. 3) Staff are cold and do not accommodate the needs of clients. I even saw staff scolding at a customer at breakfast. 4) Parking is a need and they used to provide that as a service which you get when the property was a Marriott. Not anymore. Almost feels like it’s a business, priced to provide basic needs and take the most amount of money for anything else. 5) Stayed there several times before and since it become Crowne plaza seems more like a Hostel. Won’t ever be staying there again given I go to Sydney every month. Thanks but no thanks.
