Lovely Club room , slightly smaller than expected for the price. Harbour View , clean and well maintained. Very disappointed that no points are added by Hyatt as we use an agent . I feel this is very poor from the chain considering your paying very expensive rates

Check-in is 3 pm. Arrived at 10 am after 2 week RCI cruise. Room was not ready, but valet let us leave bags so we could start exploring. Hotel walkable to restaurants, shopping, train, quay nightlife, dinner/explorer cruises, etc. Breakfast was good with large selection of items. Hotel was safe with card access to elevators. Hallway was dark. My room card was deactivated on day 2 and I could not access elevator or room, but the second card worked. I reported it to front desk and the next day it worked.
