Amazing location, both close to opera house and also the tourism event areas. just in the middle of both, and next to the harbour. The ground floor is warm and elegant, the restaurant is nice decorated and they serve good food. What I did not like is that the standard rooms are way too small for Hyatt , bathroom decoration feels like staying in a 4 star hotel. And there is no complementary water at the room, which was shocking.

We booked the King Harbour view with Club lounge access and it was definitely a good choice for our family of 3. I was initially choosing between the Tower room or one with Club lounge access. I'm glad we went for the Club lounge access. We have a 1yo and the Club lounge was really convenient for our son's mealtimes. It wasn't too crowded and we always had great seating. The evening canapés were also fantastic together with cocktails. The room also turned out great. It was clean and spacious enough; could fit an infant cot and still have some small space for my son to crawl. The view was also something. We had a full view of the maritime museum. My son loved looking down at the harbour and the people walking along the Pyrmont Bridge. Overall, our stay was pretty relaxing. It was accessible and we could walk around. Staff was great. Club lounge access was convenient and met our family needs.

Nice hotel, shower could definitely be better as the pressure isnt there. The club lounge is small, and seemed a bit chaotic at Breakfast as a chef prepares hot meals from a small kitchen on request. Id recommend doing the buffet instead as theres more variety and you can have a mimosa

Loved our choice to stay at the Hyatt Regency with Club Lounge access. Fabulous location to enjoy Vivid with easy access to Darling Harbour and Martin Place. Food in the Club Lounge was wonderful and meant we didn't even bother with dinner, just having lunches out. Would definitely stay again.
