Roof top bar closed with no comminication

Room was lovely but we booked the hotel for its rooftop bar which was closed the night we stayed. No notice of this was given and we only found out when we tried to access it along with many other people. As a feature of the hotel, this should have been clear. Disappointing.

I loved and enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency a lot! The rooms were neat and clean, the bed was very comfy, and the staffs were nice and accommodating (I didn't bring toothbrush and toothpaste and called for room service and they did provide me with one).
