Very clean and nice studios near the airport. You can get an airport shuttle for A$10 which is very convenient. The staff's service was good as well. No troubles with my stay!

Nice hotel... BUT...

Stayed for 1 night before our flight the next day. They do a shuttle to the airport BUT not on the weekend. The bathtowels were marked and stained, floor dirty in the bathroom, no facecloths (apparently they stopped doing that a long time ago), damaged lamp and flat batteries in remote. Bed was comfortable, but sheets were marked. Was very noisy with door to balcony and window open, quiet tho when they were shut.

Good sized rooms for our 10 night stay, good location easy for shops and transport Originally put on 7th floor but the room smelt awful housekeeping sent someone up who then proceeded to spray room stating that would resolve issue!!! he never asked if anyone had allergies just started spraying the room. I went to Reception who offered us a room on 9th floor which was ok apart from fridge stunk of fish, they did send someone to clean it again but still smelt so I got styff to get rid if odour Would have given 5 stars but cleanliness really let the hotel down, you could see dirt/dust on plug sockets and sliding door to bedroom among other things Overall it is a good hotel and staff friendly and pleasant
