A very spacious room with great ammenities. Quiet and relaxing. Unfortunately the ice machine on the floor did not work (tried two other floors and both not working). Apart from that a most enjoyable stay.

I thought i had an amazing checkin, until I got a rude call at 11.40am. No hello, just "checkout was 11". I replied, sorry but I have checkout at 2pm. I have paid an extra $30 per hour for a late checkout, due to my evening flight. No sorry, nothing. Just, it wasnt on the notes. She hung up. No need for rudeness. I have stayed at this hotel maybe 40 times. I personally choose to stay here usually. Great rooms, usually fabulous service. Just someone today having a bad day.
