Lovely friendly staff who were very accommodating with a 2 hour early checkin (noon) after a long flight from London arriving 07.00. Nice breakfast (a la carte is best value) and rooftop bar with half price house beers and wines.Excellent suite with great facilities, especially for catering and washing clothes. Only downside is long walk to Mascot train station to get into the city which we knew about and were prepared for. Also future guests please note: we got ripped off by a taxi driver (SQ Black & White) at the airport who insisted we had to pay $50 minimum for the short journey which he only told us about after we had passed the airport exit barrier and which we refused. This is nothing to do with the hotel, so others beware and take the hotel’s shuttle. Indeed the hotel told us the driver was incorrect. Would definitely thoroughly recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly staff

Easy access to the city and to both domestic and international terminals. Rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated and equipped. Plenty of nice restaurants and cafes just minutes walk away. I can highly recommend the hotel!
