Rooms are not all as they are pictured on the Wotif page. I had to ask to change rooms as I believed the room I was given to be different and inferior to the one I chose and paid for online. The replacement room was better and more like to the room pictured.

I have stayed here many times in the past without any issue. The rooms are on the smaller side, but its ok with me as i was there to sleep. Everyrhing in the room was clean. Can hear a little outside noise, but not bothersome.

Great location! Right next to Town Hall transit and easy walking distance everywhere downtown. The rooms are small, but clean. For the price, everything was as expected.
