I stayed here with a friend for another friend’s wedding in Tacoma. It was much better than some reviews led me to believe. It’s definitely not 5 star but I didn’t pay for that. The continental breakfast wasn’t the best (not a lot of warm food) but it was nice to not have to worry about breakfast. Our room was clean and spacious. The double beds were large enough and there was a microwave and fridge. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will say that my Tacoma friends told us that it’s located in the “bad” part of town. They told us it probably wasn’t good to walk around at night. However, we never had issues in the parking lot (they have a security guard on duty at night) even though we came back late multiple nights. They had us use keycards to get into doors after hours which made me feel safer too. I think it’s a decent place to stay close to freeway for Tacoma or Seattle although I’d recommend a car to avoid walking late night in train stations back to hotel.

Good location for Tacoma dome and a casino close by. Good pool with a 6 ft. deep end and no supervision so we could dive and dive again. Hotel is very understaffed, so good luck getting housekeeping. We asked every day for 4 days to no avail. That was kind of odd because we've been getting daily housekeeping in other hotels for like the couple of years or so. Lounge/restaurant is pretty good but only open 4 hours a day. Breakfast is not very good. Pretty consistent weed smell in hallways. Our room was actually very quiet, which was nice. I don't know if it was just luck or soundproof walls. Free parking as well.

Staff were excellent, very clean. Breakfast had no protein options at all. Electrical outlets were so loose that it was not possible to charge anything. This is actually a fire hazard and i hope they replace the worn out outlets!

It sits right next to an onramp to I-5. You will need a set of ear plugs in order to sleep if facing the highway. There is no coffee available once it runs out after 9:30am. There are no vending machines for snacks or beverages and the restaurant is only open from 5pm to 8pm. The area is so sketchy that there needs to have a parking lot security person on staff 24/7.

Our flight was canceled hours before departure. We tried to canceled the reservation or get a refund for the hotel stay. Neither hotels.com no the hotel were willing to help us with a cancelation or refund we were just stuck paying for a hotel weekend we could not get to.

The property was pretty clean and well maintained the only thing I didn't like is the area that it is located has a lot of homeless and I had noticed on a few occasions when we went to the pool that they don't have a key fob for the door so anybody can come and go and there was a few people that looked like they were from the streets so that's maybe something they need to boost up their security in that location. But overall the continental breakfast was decent and the staff are very friendly.

Rooms were unclean upon entering and you must request services due to “covid” if you stay over one night. Staff was overwhelmed working one person per shift due to “covid”. Sunday staff was rude and openly complained about guests to other guests while multiple persons were in the lobby. Homelessness around the area is unsafe and would not recommend to friends or family.

I booked this property at the last minute for my nephew's graduation . Its proximity to my relatives' house and the inclusion of breakfast were key factors in my decision. However, the breakfast offerings were disappointing, consisting mainly of carbohydrates such as waffles, muffins, oatmeal packages,and biscuits with gravy, with no protein options available. Linen changes and fresh towels are only provided upon request. The beds were uncomfortably hard, and the hotel itself appears to be in need of updates. The tub/shower combination was not to my liking. On the other hand, the hot water was a redeeming feature. While this property may suffice for those with minimal expectations, it may not meet the standards of those seeking more amenities.

The room was good but seemed dated that they tried to fix with a new floor. Like they tried to renovate but they half-assed it. The bathroom was ok but the biggest disappointment was the shower, the caulking was dirty and splitting from the wall, most noticeable the shower head. The ceiling was not cleaned, I looked up while showering and there was hair, possibly public hair stuck to the ceiling. Kinda gross. Breakfast was ok, standard for a free breakfast, staff was friendly and courteous. Area seemed a little bad, with all the blue flashing theft devices in the parking lot I was a little concerned for my vehicle in the parking lot.
