The people working at breakfast were very rude and have no idea about customer service. Also move list for check in were you pay as they are clearly confused who should be doing what. Front lady needs to understand you are treating customers from all countries and bossing people like dogs is unacceptable.

Great stay.

The hotel is perfect: an amazing view from the window, an excellent swimming pool, a cozy and elegant room, and friendly staff. It's well-situated: it's near the metro, train, and bus stations, a shopping mall, and cafes. And you can easily get to the airport by direct bus.

It was my second stay at Caesar Park and will always be my return destination. I visit 2 or 3 times a year for business and the hotel is fantastic. Extremely clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows, and gym/pool facility is great. Has everything you could need, very modern and stylish as well.

The pool on the 32nd floor has a nice view of the city. Only thing that I would change about the pool is to have extended hours. It closes at 9pm already which feels a bit too early.
