Just opposite Taipei station front door and is easy assessible by taking Z2 (stairs) and Z4 (lift). Hotel provide daily housekeeping service and free laundry (3 washing machine)and 3 dryers service at 3rd floor, you just need to use TWD 10 to buy detergent from auto machine inside laundry room.

Excellent location only a block away from the Taipei main train and the MRT stations. With many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Super convenient! Room has been renovated and updated. Front desk is on the 5th. floor of the building and theres no signage or address on the outside which makes it very very hard to find, even with the google map. Reasonable rate and comfortable bed. We enjoy our stayed. Highly recommend.

Anyone over 180 cm tall should not use this hotel. We couldn't cancel our stay and forced to pay extra (double the original costs) to upgrade our double room to family room so each of use could sleep diagonally in a double bed. The hotel laundry is a joke, took 3 hours to wash and dry the clothes.

The city view room was exactly as pictured, spacious and comfortable. Not sure I would enjoy one of the windowless rooms so much. Our room was ready when we arrived, but 5pm check in time seems quite late. No breakfast on site and we didn't find any good options nearby.
