Friendly staff, nice snack bar/ ice cream and water bottles provided! Laundry with detergent was a plus! A bit of mold in the bathroom, but otherwise very wonderful stay!

The staff was excellent the whole trip, we had complete control of the air conditioning, and it had a japanese toilet, free laundry, free snacks, and a comfy bed

It’s located at a very convenient location. It has great access to public transportation, shopping, restaurants and local food. Will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I visit Taipei, Taiwan. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the bed is super comfortable.

The staff at the VIA hotel were very kind and helpful. We arrived in Taipei at 4 am. The staff kindly let us check in when a room became available later in the day before the normal check in time. The snack bar and downstairs waiting area are clean and comfortable and stocked with interesting snacks. The room was both convenient and clean.
