The couch bed is very deceiving. Its a flip over couch with a plastic pad. Definitely NOT a mattress or anything close to it. They offer a 1 inch egg crate topper to cushion the pad and it did not call for comfortable sleep, we booked for 4 guests and still had to go ask for additional bedding and the pad late at night which was not convenient. The ice bucket inside the freezer was filled with stuck ice and pink mold. When we folded out the couch there was trash left inside the bed and there were ants all over the kitchen counter and sink. If the ants werent there the room wouldve been just fine, we could over look discomfort for a night or 2 but its hard to utilize a kitchen with ants.

Great location lacking on pest control

We checked in without any issues for the most part. We went to our room, changed and went to the casino close by. Upon returning late at night the desk was crawling with ants. We had nothing on the desk. It was so late and we were so tired from a very long trip. We killed the ones we saw. Also we plugged our phones in to charge only to find out in the morning the outlets didn’t work. Informed the front desk and it was like they really didn’t care… they already were paid. We stay with this chain very often. Very disappointed with the reaction of the staff. Also the pillows need replacing very badly. They are as flat as a pancake. I’ve thrown better pillows away.

Stayed here with other family members for a family funeral was happy with the accommodations but was upset as a few family members booked through the hotel the same rooms & the price went down on the exact rooms we had & being we booked with Hotels.com we were unable to get the discounted price that the family members who booked through the hotel. We had a large group book on Hotels.com & through the hotel. So we learned our lesson to now just book through the hotel for now on as they will happily give you a refund for the price drop when Hotels.com wanted no part of budging in price. We will definitely be deleting the app & never using again!
