Calm and relaxing holiday

We got a good deal and really enjoyed our stay for this value. We got upgraded to Senior sweet by paying 300dh (30 euros) extra. The room was magnificent! Amazing views to the sea, only sound the waves. The room and the view really deserve 5 stars. Also the pool - empty, clean and huge! Bit of complaints though: We had to pay extra 10 euros (normally they charge 15 euros) per person for breakfast. The reservation didn't say a word about breakfast and therefore it was bit of surprise. Also the breakfast is not worthy of 5 stars. The warm milk for coffee was old 3 days in a row. We asked to change it but i'm not sure if they did it. The sortiment of food also wasn't really interesting. You could buy breakfast in any cafe in Morocco for less than 5 euros. The map in some places is wrong - according to this the hotel is in the city center, but it's actually quite far away. Not a problem but confusing. Also i saw at least 4 different versions of the hotel name although there is actually only one Mogador hotel in Tangier. As a remarq - the hotel is alcohol free.

Hôtel bien situé proche de la plage et de la ville

L hôtel est très bien, il manque un peu d animation pour les enfants pour s occupé, prévoir un créneau horaire pour la piscine intérieur pour nager en famille car actuellement c est pas très bien homme / femme selon le planning.Mais le personnel est à l écoute et le service est très bien.

Super hôtel.tre accueillant

Bonjour j'ai passer 6 nuit dans cette hôtel le personnelle et super les chambre très propre l'ambiance et calme et reposant et la picine très tranquille en face la mer propre pa beaucoup de monde j le recommande à tou le monde picine chauffer à l'intérieur

Un hôtel qui se croit 5 étoiles avec personnel TOP

Location: Malabata Mosquée, Malabata plage, prostituées, mendiants, terrain de sport.
Les fenêtres de la terrasse ne se ferment pas. Le tuyaux de douche était endommagé, l'eau giclait hors de la baignoire fessant une inondation sur le sol de la salle de bain. Les transferts organisés par l'hôtel de l'aéroport à l'hôtel ne peuvent pas être facturé sur la note d'hôtel. Décision de la direction de l'hôtel, très mal acceptée par le client. L'hôtel ne sert pas d'alcohol, il serait judicieux de le préciser. Et surtout la piscine n'a pas de vestiaire pour se changer et se doucher avant d'entrer dans l'eau. La télécommande de la télévision ne marchait pas également.
