Went with my family / 2 kids. Room was a king bed and a sofa bed which was not clear at the moment of booking (picture showed two double beds). Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and my kids couldn’t sleep - so ended up having to book an additional room at almost double the cost. A Crowne Plaza hotel should not have such uncomfortable facilities for families -

The guests in the neighbouring room had a party till 4am. We called reception at 3:30am and when mentioned to reception staff at checkout there was nothing offered.
