Very close to the train station exit. Easy access to Haneda airport. 7Eleven connected to hotel is awesome. Better yet, there’s even hot springs in the hotel as well. Well worth the stay.

This is my second stay at this hotel and other than the following issue, I like it. However it has a significant problem regulating room temperature in winter months. Our hotel room was like a sauna at 84+ degrees F (29 C) from the moment we walked in. The air-conditioning had been disabled and a sign posted in the lobby said that hotel staff can't do anything about room temperature because the heat is centrally controlled. The windows in the rooms are locked and have a sign that says they should only be opened in case of emergency. Needless to say, it seems like being able to open the window would solve this problem for those residents that don't want to sweat to death during their stay. The property manager / owner needs to allow the windows to be opened in cases like these or turn the air conditioning back on - simple solutions to a problem that shouldn't exist in a "luxury" hotel.

I gave the hotel a five star even though I had a couple of complaints. The room is worth the price. For the size of the room, it's very efficient. My issue; since I have arm sleeve tattoos, I couldn't use the spa. It was disappointing. Also, the washer for the laundry had confusing instruction. Overall, it's a good experience for me. I'd come back again. Why not.
