The stay was affordable and budget-friendly compared to other rentals in the area. I was pleased with staff and found them friendly and helpful with the check-in/out process. With that said, our unit was rather cramped and dingy. There were scuff marks on the wall. Lights are bright and fluorescent. Reminds me of college dorm life in the US-- not very welcoming or comfortable, but it did the job.

No complaints at all room was exactly as described and expected for a cheap Japanese business hotel. Very conveniently located and the staff were great at helping a very jet lagged first time solo traveller out.

This hotel was the first hotel I stayed in Japan. I’m very glad to say it was the right choice, however my only criticism is the cleanliness of the rooms and building. Other than that this hotel is a brilliant place to stay in. You can walk to mid-town Tokyo and the Chiyoda line. A perfect place to stay as a tourist!

Stayed at Akasaka Yoko Hotel and had a great experience overall! The staff and fellow guests were very friendly, making it a welcoming place to stay. The location is fantastic—amazing walking distance to multiple stations yet still in a quiet area, which we loved. Rooms are quite small, but they were fine for our needs. The only downside was the breakfast; we tried it for two mornings but found better options outside for the rest of our stay. Despite that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it—5/5!
