Luxurious!!! It is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was so clean. Loved the pajamas and the Rob. The VIP luncheon was delicious. Breakfast was very convenient, and so was dinner. There is a subway access from the bus basement. Highly recommend. Will stay again.

Stayed here with my family which included 2 children. Excellent hotel and friendly staff. They helped me with a lot on enquires including parking with a hire vehicle and transportation of luggage to other hotels. Very relaxing and spacious hotel. This is a nice hotel with easy access to the metro station. It was easy to get to the tourist sites from this hotel. The room was clean and looked like the pictures on Expedia. The only problem was I did not get the daily breakfast I paid for with Expedia, and Expedia provides no information to prove you paid for breakfast.

Amazing Hotel

This is a 5-Star hotel in the beautiful Ginza district. The staff were amazing..very attentive & polite. The room was large & modern. Breakfast was included in our rate & it was very good with many choices from a large buffet. Walking distance to the train station. Note: if first time in Tokyo, take Hop On Hop Off bus for a nice tour of the city.

Stayed overnight, less than 12 hours, just to catch an early flight from Narita. Decent hotel stay spoiled by stingy management policy of charging guests for even just an extra bottle of water. This is after paying over USD 300 for a basic room. Whatever happened to hospitality?

Near Shimbashi station with underground connection. Have direct bus connection to Narita airport. Many restaurants around hotel. Very helpful concierge. Use of umbrellas when raining. Only comment is that buffet breakfast ends at 10am when the food is removed and no longer available although sign says 7am to 11am on coupon and 10:30am on hallway signs.

Hotel was clean and rooms were large. Bathroom was big with separate shower and bathtub. Amenities included pajamas, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, facial cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and body lotion. We were on the 9th floor facing the rail line and did not hear anything. No complaints at all about the check in or check out process. Front desk was 24 hours and spoke English well. They helped us get a taxi for Disney and Airporter for Haneda Airport. Lots of restaurants nearby almost too many so that it made it hard to choose. All the combini within a block. No laundry on site but they give you directions to a nearby coin laundry, which was convenient. I loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. Easy walk to the rail even with a broken toe. Convenient to many lines.
