No sense of customer service. First issue was lack of flexibility in room rules. Although Expedia showed that the room could accommodate up to 4 adults, they did not allow it. Also, we misplaced a room key and were charged 1000 yen to replace it. We then found the original key but were told the 1000 yen was non reimbursable. Lack of logic and customer service. Also, rooms are dated and lack quality amenities.
