I thought it was super inconvenient that this hotel does not have a drive up Lobby with bellman to help with luggage and welcome the guest. We had to get out in the parking lot and offload all our own luggage and find our way to the lobby which is on the 10th floor. Now that is unacceptable after you have been traveling international and with 2 people with disabilities.

The hotel was great but the availability of shuttles from Haneda's airport is limited. Should not be offered as Hotel nearby the airport, it was a 15 min taxi ride.

The property and staff were amazing. No complaints on that part. The breakfast buffett was a bit dissapointing expecially for the cost. Less lunch/ dinner items and more breakfast items like french toast, pancakes, granol, fresh fruits, muffins, bacon, sasage, egg varriations, would be prepered.

No AC. They gave us a fan. They only would give us one card for the room key. We went back down once we got to room and they gave us another. They did try to be accommodating. Checking time was extended past 3 pm.

We were only staying for one night before we flew out so I can’t say much about the area surrounding the hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful. Check in was easy and we had question about the airport shuttle which the staff explained and helped with (the shuttle does take you to Terminal 1-3). The hotel rooms were a bit small and cramped but relatively clean. The hotel is on the older side compared to others we had stayed at. No complimentary water bottles was provided which is a first for me since coming to Japan (stayed at 4 different hotels in 7 days). They did offered complimentary breakfast which is really nice however we had to get to the airport early and wasn’t able to try it out. There was a Lawson across the street that was very convenient. Overall, if you’re looking for a decent hotel to stay at for a night or two, this is the place. And last check in is at 5am. Close to the airport and they offer a shuttle.

It's a ok stay

Overall is ok, no body lotion and shower cap provided. Walls are too thin, you can hear noise from next door and upstairs.

The room was small and cramped with a bed shoved up against the wall. The check-in staff was great, in between stay, staff was not so great. There were teabags in the room, but no instant coffee pockets in the room so I asked the receptionist if the housekeeper forgot and she said no. Coffee in the room, we don’t do that. So I asked the girl in the buffet if I could just get a cup of coffee, she said I would have to pay the $15 for the whole buffet to get a cup of coffee. Who does this? This is not good business.
