Absolutely love this hotel. Staff always helpful and friendly. It’s always clean and tidy. Made daily use of the hotel Hot Spa, an absolute God send after a day trekking around the city. Will not stay at any other hotel when in Tokyo.
Service and staff was amazing. Great location and easy to get settled. Rooms are tight but all hotels in Tokyo have small rooms. The only complaint is that the hallways smelled like smoke and I had to complain every day but they weren’t able to control their guests to not smoke in the rooms.
great location with 2 metro stations a 2 minute walk away. clean, modern hotel but very small rooms and thin walls-could hear our neighbours talking all night. If you're lucky enough to get quiet or no neighbours, then this would be the perfect stay
The best business hotel by price in Akasaka. Rooms are larger than same-price hotels in the neighborhood and is very clean. Staff was friendly but couldn’t really fix my ac…
Amazing place, great location next to a few stations and alot of food around the area and really nice staff. Will return to Tokyo and will book this hotel again ! Great price and value.
The hotel overall was great. The location is awesome, walkable from multiple stations and a lot of dining options. The only thing, which was expected, was that the rooms were a bit small. But overall, good amenities, great location, great staff.
Rooms and facility is very clean. Rooms are small for two guests with luggage. Hotel is in a good location and quiet at night. Close to subway station and various subway lines (easy to get most places in the city). Various dining options nearby.
Hillary’s is a great hotel as a base for a trip to Tokyo. Centrally located with loads of local amenities.
They were amazing as we were returning back to stay before flying home they looked after our luggage as we traveled around Japan.
I stay here regularly for work trips. Though the rooms don't have windows -- it has never bothered me. In fact, not having them sort of makes for a neat atmosphere in the room with the design they chose. The hotel has some drinks available near the lobby, and the daiokujo bath upstairs is usually not too busy. There are lots of dinner options nearby, though they aren't as plentiful on the weekends since this is sort of a business neighbourhood for workers.
