hotel Rose Garden is very convenient for transportation with Shinkuru station so close. Comfortable beds, small rooms but great amenities and restaurant next door. There is a hospital nearby so sirens were plentiful throughout the night.

The room was very stuffy and had a weird smell, so did the bathroom. The area is quite noisy and there seems to have been construction on one of the floors above us as we heard lots of drilling etc. We needed a room that fit a family of 4 people (2 adults, 2 young kids), but the room was just all beds with no where to move at all. None of the beds in the room would fit two people. We would have liked to see maybe two queen beds instead of 2 twins and single beds. The breakfast buffet is quite sad with very limited options. The staff was nice and helpful but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

I liked the floral theme that followed through in everything. The staff was also very kind and patient. It seems to be a safe space for tourists. The room was small but cozy.

Check in & out procedures were fast, easy & high tech, especially express key drop box which I’ve never seen in any hotels in the world…as a international flight crew. It was family trip & everything was convenient. Microwave oven in each floor was excellent idea for those travelers like us even though short over night. Thanks for kindness to front desk staffs, also airport shuttle arranged by APA. 👍

As others reviewers on google have mentioned, the rooms and bathrooms have a musty mildew smell, room safe sits on the floor not bolted down to anything, and is near a hospital so there are ambulance sirens going off all day and night. This hotel was the low point of my trip. I would not recommend this hotel or area. One positive note is that it’s a block away from the train station

Great location to explore

Stayed for one night so we could visit Hikarigaoka Parkrun and also Golden Gai. Easy to get to and very close to metro. Short way (12 min) from the station for the narita express. The hotel staff were very helpful and both check in and out were seemless. The rooms were typically Japanese and small however the design allowed you to store luggage under the bed and the bathroom was excellent

Friendly Hotel

Rooms were comfortable (a little small compared to hotels in America) but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good amenities and an inexpensive buffet available for purchase. The location was fabulous and right across the street from the Tokyo Metro station which we utilized almost exclusively for sightseeing and getting around Tokyo.

Friendly and welcoming staff, very cute hotel in a great area. Quieter area but close to anything you might need. The rooms are very small, but they were comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Not taking any stars off, but you can hear the late night crowd outside. Just be prepped with some white noise. We would stay again.

The staff at the hotel was great but the staff at the breakfast and lunch restaurant was awful. They required a reservation and when we made one for our last day they did not honor the reservation despite having empty tables.
