Rooms were average for Tokyo but neat and clean. The breakfast was efficient, easy and had good variety. The area is quiet at nighttime keeping noise down but remains safe. The hotel is well situated to the subway and JR lines.

Rooms at the front of the building have a great view down the street but are extremely noisy due to poor seals on the opening window. Probably no quieter than if you left the window open. So we switched to the rear of the building which is fairly quiet until the construction crew starts making noise at 4:45 in the morning. We did see a notice in the room that states construction starts at 9am but I guess that means nothing. Rooms are also very small so the bed sticks out into the walkway at the foot. So if there are two people in the room, one has to step into the entry area or get on the bed for the other to pass. Front desk staff were polite and pleasant with no personality.
