Room was decently bigger than I expected from the picture and really good for 2 people with 4 luggages. Location is in a great area near Shinjuku Station and Also the Airport Limousine Bus pick you up and drop you up here. Staffs were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely will come back here next time

The staff is incredibly polite. There was always some who fluently speak English. Calling for a taxi was an excellent service: the driver would come in to pick us at the lobby. A recommendation for visitors to Tokio: bring an AI automatic translator with you and ask the staff to print addresses where you will go for the taxi drivers often not speak English. The hotel is excellent: a 5/5!

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku! The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from Shinjuku Station, which made getting around Tokyo so easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards, with a cozy bed and great city views. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving excellent recommendations for local food and sights. I also loved how convenient the hotel was for shopping and dining nearby. Overall, a great value for the price and a perfect base for exploring Tokyo — I’d definitely stay here again! 🙌✨
