The room is very spacious and clean. It is very well suited for family stays. It has a little kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. The staff are very friendly yet professional, specially Charles and Yoyo who are extremely helpful. The location is also wonderful, it’s quiet but near transit and is almost about 20 minutes away from the busy tourist hubs in Tokyo. Will go back tot his hotel in our next visit.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located near transportation. The area is a business district, so it was very quiet outside of business hours. A 7 Eleven is located directly across the street which was convenient. Limited places to eat after hours. The hotel had enough space for a family of 4, with small children. The staff was very kind and personable. Would recommend it based on customer service alone.

This hotel was convenient to many restaurants and close to the metro. Our room was large enough for three adults and all of our luggage. The room also had a small kitchen and was very clean and comfortable. The room was very bright but you could not look out of the windows. The staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with.
Sofas can be converted to beds. Very spacious room.
