This hotel was amazing! The staff was very helpful every step of the way! There are plenty of shops and restaurants around but it is also a 5 minute walk to a metro station to get you anywhere you’d want to go. The area is quiet most of the time. They have self serve laundry which you could use with coin or card (detergent self dispenses in the machine) but they also have full service laundry. I would definitely stay again!

Hotel spotless , staff were very helpful and friendly everywhere, superb breakfast with excellent fresh croissants and scrambled eggs with hot little sausages were very much appreciated. Also great central location, only 3 mins walk away from Otemachi station and 10 mins walk from Tokyo Station be warned though , you must always check the exit number of the station is the one you want as it takes a long time to walk back if you don’t and it’s very easy to get lost then.

Great stay! It was close to the train station, and just a bit further was Tokyo Station. It was pretty quiet in the area at night. The room was nice. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is that there were only two laundry machines for the whole hotel, so trying to time when to do laundry was a bit challenging if you needed to use it. Otherwise a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

Really great location. The area is quite and very closer to metro stations and convenience stores. The room was fine although a bit on the smaller side. The only thing that was off was that the bathroom sometimes had an odd smell. Overall it was a great stay and I would come back.
