We will discuss the soundproofing with the facilities manager and make every effort to improve it.In addition, we are sorry for that we made you a misunderstanding about the arrival date of your baggage because of lack of English language skills among staff and we were unable to take over your request for a higher floor due to a change in the reservation company.To prevent this from happening in the future, we will share customer feedback with all staff members and will instruct our staff.Again, we appreciate your precious comment.
