Incredible hotel! Location couldn't be better - directly connected via underground to Tokyo Station - lovely walking to the Imperial Palace grounds right next to the hotel, and short walk to the Ginza. Beautiful, well-appointed rooms, amazing breakfast, great helpful staff - we had a wonderful time here and will hope to return!

Five star service across the board. Great accommodations, lovely staff, great breakfast. The restaurants on 6th floor are fantastic. We visited during Sakura season and this hotel did not disappoint.

This is the only hotel I would ever use in Tokyo. Everything was above and beyond. Outstanding service. Breakfast in the club lounge - exceptional! Great rooms. Nice pool and spa. Outstanding location.
