Week stay. Very good location in proximity to shinjuku and train stations. Pleasant service and customer service from hotel staff. Rooms are small however well equipped and restocked daily with water and fresh towels. Overall, very convenient and good value, would recommend

Only for a single traveler with small luggage.

The hotel isn’t as bad as it’s close to everything and have good breakfast buffet selections, however the problem is the hotel itself, the room is soooo tiny that it’s impossible to get comfortable even with a single person with large luggage. It was 2 of us stayed in room with 1 large and a medium size luggage and oh boy it was a nightmare getting around and maneuvering in getting stuff out of our luggages, we also have to move our luggages few inches every time we have to use the bathroom.

Their staff are friendly. Shinjuku is great spot especially if you like nightlife because some restaurants don't close early, you can still eat even at midnight.. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is that it's too small and there's no microwave. Overall still I will recommend this hotel very quite and clean. Thank you.

Great location! Easy access to train station. Restaurants are everywhere. Steps to shopping area. Staff are very nice and helpful. They helped me transport my luggage straight from the hotel to my Kyoto hotel for a reasonable price. Fresh towels everyday and they clean every other day.

The rooms are not big by western standards but in the Shinjuku area it good for two adults still. The amenities are good and standard Japan service like slippers, robes, toothbrush and paste, a few hangers and a usable bathtub line for your self wash hangings. I like that u can control all the lights in the room from the bedrest backboard. Also, ample room to store luggage’s under the bed. The showers are clean. Mine had a bathtub shower and it worked well. If ur 6 feet u may need to crouch a bit. The buffet breakfast was well run and well stocked with good variety of western and local cuisines. Enjoy as I wld stay again.

Friendly and cosy hotel with good breakfast, and 5mins from Shin Okubo station. Easy to check in and small but comfortable room. Kabukicho can be a bit loud in the early hours of the morning (lots of parties and people on the sesh) but the hotel itself was lovely and great to stay in.

Great room service. Super clean towels- no odor. Provided with lots of stuff like toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, slippers, shaver etc. Small room but maintained very well. Location close to train stations. There are 2 seven elevens nearby & one lawson store. 24/7 ramen shop at 2 blocks. Hotel price is on expensive side.
