Staff wonderful, room clean, good distance from Shibuya station. Hot water plentiful and great toilet. Could use more conveniently placed power outlets and a brighter light or second light on the opposite side of the room.

The air conditioning didn’t work very well, but opening the window was effective at cooling down the room. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained in a good, quiet area of Shibuya but still close to the hub. Only small issue was having to carry the suitcases up the stairs as there isn’t a crossing nearby.

The hotel is absolutely adorable inside and out! Everyday my room was cleaned perfectly. The staff at the front desk were always so polite to me. The room I stayed in had such a cute aesthetic, I seriously wish I could have lived there.

Fabulous location, amazing friendly helpful staff. Good size room for Tokyo. Very clean. Brewed coffee in the morning was a kickstart to our day. We really appreciated the cold water at the end of the day. Fridge was a bonus. Lovely bathroom with quality toiletries. Loved the cat themes though out the hotel.

A lovely hotel and great service from the staff. We had a great stay and would definitely return. The room was clean and well maintained. Perfect location only a short walk to the main Shibuya sights and lots of restaurants nearby, definitely recommended and hopefully we will be back soon!
