If you stay here just for a convenient location, nearby the train station, stores and restaurants then this hotel is it. But if you’re meticulously about cleanliness's like me then this hotel is not it. This hotel is just okay but so outdated. Customer service is good and pleasant.

Top spot

Fantastic location, close to the station and scramble square. Plenty of choices for dining and shopping. Comfy bed, friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast. Only thing to make it even better would be to open the bar. Overall we would stay again 😊

This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Shibuya, yet somehow still so quiet. The rooms are very small, however the perfect location and friendly/helpful staff make up for it.

The room was very small but well organized. Had everything we needed. Loved the toilets in Japan...all had seat warmers and washers. This place had great breakfasts.

Hotel in great area near Shibuya Crossing. Shopping, restaurants, and subway all within walking distance. Rooms are small and only a few hangers but no drawers to store clothing. Doesn’t really have a hotel lobby with sofas to sit and relax only front desk. Many amenities such as slippers, robes, toothbrushes, and other toiletries available. Felt like front desk staff didn’t want to deal with customers and sent to computer for check-in and check-out.

It's very close to a great train station and good places to visit. Extremely crowded area. The rooms are small and fresh coffee wasn't available until breakfast.
