The location of the hotel was very continent. We were in the middle of shibuya. Wasn’t noisy at all. Very close to train stations and lots of shopping.

The room was smaller than I expected and smaller than it appeared in the photos online, but it had everything we needed, and we made it work. For the price and location, this place is hard to beat. The Wi-Fi was fast. I appreciated the free umbrellas available in the lobby for guests to use. The front desk staff were also very accommodating and they arranged two rooms next to each other for us, while other hotels on our trip had placed us on different floors. A few minor downsides: the trash bins in the room were quite small and filled up quickly. The shower was very compact, and the shower head was positioned quite low, which made it a bit uncomfortable for people of average height. Dryers in the laundry room were not efficient as our clothes were still wet after.

Excellent service and location. My Japanese is.. non existent but they understood my english and were great to cater to all my needs for my stay. Room is small for american standards but its Tokyo so its expected. Bed is comfortable and the projector TV was great after navigating through to the Youtube app. Great location right across from Shibuya Crossing and couldnt ask for a better place. Will be there again definitely

Staff were friendly and helpful (helped us carry out luggage to the front entrance) only downside is that there is an escalator or stairs that you must take to the hotel lobby where the elevator is. I don't know if it's convenient for people with accessibility issues however there is a sign to call for staff support if you are in need. Rooms were clean and relatively spacious, but the bathroom was a bit small (standard for Japan I suppose) Good location, close to everything (shopping, restaurants, Shibuya Scramble).

Clean rooms, amazing breakfast options, and it's so close to the Shibuya station which makes this a great hub to get around Tokyo. The rooms were on the smaller side, but that's expected for a big city hotel. Highly recommend!

Staff was super helpful - received our luggage that was lost by the airline and kept it safe until we arrived at this hotel 2 days later. They allowed us to check in early and helped us ship our luggage forward once our cruise got delayed and we had to move hotels. Very friendly! Easy location to find and to travel to/from.

This hotel was very central to the train station, a lot of dining options, and shopping. This was our 1st time in Tokyo. The rooms were small and the bathroom was tiny and tight. But overall the hotel was good. It was very convenient to everything.
