Room was clean and the staff were helpful. Although the front desk person knew nothing of the metro map. Another staff member had to tell him about it. He wasn’t helpful at all. Too many foreigners at the hotel.

The manger, Naoto Suzuki is friendly, professional, courteous and outstanding. He should be highly commended for his outstanding work. He assisted us on many occasions without hesitation. It really made our trip enjoyable and we really appreciated his friendliness and his assistance.

Clean room but didn't equip with pot to make coffee nor tea which I expected with this level of hotels in Japan. My 2nd stay within a week the room has a pot and tea bags. Check in process was not customer friendly. There was front desk, but also were check-in processors and I was directed to the machine to process to get my room key and only one person assisting customers for the process. After long hour flight and then non-person check-in didn't make me happy. Other than that, breakfast restaurants had varieties and good quality, I thought.
