Excellent location just five minutes walk to the train station. Helpful staff and allow luggage storage more than a week if you have confirmed reservation there. Only down side is that the facility is a bit out of date.

Great location

The hotel lobby is grand and beautiful. Location is well situated a few minutes away from Shinagawa station that has a direct line to both Haneda Airport as well as the Yamamote line that circles around the core of DT Tokyo. Very convenient for visiting different parts of the city.

Stumbled on this hotel while planning out our trip and I have to say it was well worth booking. Room was great and staff was very helpful and accomadating. We needed to secure bags so we could travel around Tokyo without having to drag the bags around and the hotel was able to do this for check in and check out. Breakfast was wide ranging so worth paying the extra money. Also having the property next to a main subway hub is very convienient!!

Even though the room is small, that was expected. Everything was at our fingertips for convenience. There’s a 24/7 7-Eleven on the property. Only suggestion is to upgrade the televisions to Smart TV’s with streaming apps.

We would stay again without hesitation. The ease of getting to Shinagawa Station was a great bonus. Quick access to shops and restaurants was also a big plus. We were in the Annex tower and the room was quite comfortable, although not large.

Big hotel complex, near the station, with lots of restaurants on the premises. Rooms are comfortable, but a little on the small side. 3 PM check-in was slow. I was disappointed to find out that the bar on the top floor of the main building (Table 9 ?) charged hotel guests a yen 1,500 per person cover charge in addition to their drinks bill.

Convenient place to stay

Great location. Across the street from Shinagawa Station. Food court and 7-11 downstairs was convenient for family traveling. Shinagawa is also a stop for Bullet train.
