Beautiful hotel with outstanding service. The breakfast in the morning is worth every penny. The only draw back is the price and size of the room. The room was clean but extremely small. We had 2 twin beds. If you plan on sleeping in the same bed as your spouse, not going to happen unless you both are under 50 kilos. The rooms appear to have been renovated in the 80s. For 2 nights it was over $700. The cost didnt match the room. Again, the service feom everyone was top notch, just a bit let down on the room.

Lovely hotel and yes it is very busy at times but the location is perfect in my opinion. Especially because of the transport links and taxi hub and location to the airport.

Enjoyed view from room, comfortable although was smaller room than what we expected so a bit tight with luggage. Breakfast quality very good, tons of offerings but of course, quite an ordeal with so many people staying at this extremely large hotel.

Terrible Customer Service – Refused to Refund My Money I had an awful experience with Shinagawa Prince Hotel. I booked a stay but, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to check in. Despite reaching out multiple times and explaining the situation, the hotel flat-out refused to refund my money. I paid over HKD 4,000, and now it’s completely gone. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, showing no empathy or willingness to resolve the issue. For a hotel of this size and reputation, I expected much better. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value good service and fair treatment, look elsewhere.
