Breakfast was amazing- lots of options to choose from and all very good. Reasonable price for an excellent location. Multiple metros close by. High class shopping near by. Family Mart connected to hotel. Check in and check out was super easy. Luggage storage worked great! Nice to have multiple amenities in lobby. TV remote didn’t work very well. Not many TV channels, but that seems to be common in Japan. Air conditioning not as cool in middle of night. Room is very small and tight.

Great hotel in a great location

The location was very good as it was close to the Ginza line (which we used a lot.) The room is small-which we expected in a large city like Tokyo where space is money. We booked the smallest room for 2 people, so if you have a lot of luggage you may want to upgrade. There is a Lawsons next door and lots of restaurants in the area. Two things to know: The amenities are down where you check in, so if you need something you can grab it there. Also, our Googlemaps took us to the side of the hotel and on the wrong street. If you find yourself looking at a Lawsons, go around the corner and look up. You will see the sign.

The staff were very helpful and nice. Everyone communicated in english so no concerns with the language barrier. They provide many amenities and toiletries so no need to pack too much. The hotel is located close to everything and it is very walkable. I am very happy we chose to stay here.
