Customer service was FABULOUS, very helpful and courteous! The location is perfect, just steps away from the subway station and surrounded by great restaurants and shops in a popular area of Tokyo. The downfalls were small but annoying: The fan in our bathroom was always on, 24/7; the bathroom door threshold is a trip hazard; the breakfast buffet is no bargain, provided at the restaurant next door, and with few choices of unattractive food.

A wonderful stay. Super close to subway lines and lots of tasty restaurants! They had a bunch of free amenities to grab in case we had forgotten something and staff was so accommodating and friendly!
