洗濯機が１台しかなく、夜遅くに使用しました。終わる時間に合わせて１階に降りましたが、その時すでに私の衣類が乾燥機から勝手に出されてフロントで受け取りました。半乾きの状態でポリ袋に入れられた状態で渡されました！下着類もあったのでとっても不快でした。その後に洗濯機を使用していた中国系の男性に嫌な感じであなたのものはもうここにはないとも言われました。ホワイトボードなどを置いて部屋番号をわかるようにして、そのような際には部屋に連絡をもらうなど対処してもらった方が不快にならず良いかと思います。

Staff was great and the room was very clean with all the amenities the you might need. Close to local restaurants, 3 subway stations and stores. Area is also quiet. I’m glad that the breakfast soup was minimal. Glad that the coffee and scone were added to supplement. We enjoyed our stay. The only true negative comment are the beds. They are super hard. We made it to the end of our stay but had to deal with back and hip pain every morning so be mindful of this if you are sentive to hard surfaces.
