Room was clean and modern, staff was cold and prefer machine check in and out , breakfast was g good. Eggs to runny, coffee ran out , no oatmeal or even rice soup. Little bread and no pastries . They charge for everything , early check out and late check out by the hour. Did not enjoy staff or food .. won’t be back ..

Efficient check-in process, helpful staff, great amenities and very clean. We booked a room for 3 persons and the third bed was prepared before we checked in. As we arrived at Haneda very late at night, the one night stay at Royal Park Hotel was a great relief for us. It was also convenient as we could take the bus limousine the next day to our next hotel in Tokyo.

Although the hotel.com agent tried to contact the hotel to tell them to cancel my reservation, there was never any reply and I got charged even though I did not use this reservation. My flight from Detroit was delayed until late in the evening which meant I was going to have to spend a night at the airport (no more public transportation after midnight), which is why I booked this hotel. Eventually Delta cancelled the flight so I didn’t make it to Tokyo that evening. Seems like a good reason for a cancellation but the hotel never responded to that request. I know there are rules but they are just an excuse for ripping people off. A bit of fairness goes a long way to keep a good reputation and customers happy.

The check in was chaotic and there was no help with luggage. Room was adequate but tiny. Coffee, tea and water had to be requested as they weren’t in the room. When I went down to reception they didn’t know what I meant by “coffee pods” to use in the coffee machine.
