Excellent airport hotel

Very good hotel inside terminal 3 next to the check in counters. Rooms have closets and good thermostat for a/c and heat. Departures screen on TV channel 11. Late night food available right outside the hotel up the escalator. Combini in arrivals area is also open late.

This is our second stay at the Royal Park Haneda. Selected based on our late arrival at HND and needing to rest up after our 9-hour flight. A bit different for check-in, now automated but a staff showed us how to use the kiosk. Room quiet despite being at a major airport. Check-out via the kiosk was quick! Just a short walk to the Keikyu train to Shinagawa Station (or Tokyo Monorail).

I have used this fine hotel a few times. It is very convenient as it is connected to the international arrival terminal. The staff members are excellent. They are polite and friendly, but professional. They will carry on a nice conversation with you while getting their work done. I had a few pieces of mail delivered to the hotel, and they were in my room when I checked in.

Very nice for an airport hotel

Streamlined check in and check out. Someone was there to help before you realized you needed help. Very quiet considering it was in the arrivals terminal. Breakfast buffet was awesome.
