I had a flight in the morning and stayed one night in a single "premium" room. Everything about the stay was excellent, except I wish the room was a little bigger. Barely enough room to move around after getting my luggage in; 1 large suitcase, 1 small suitcase and a backpack. Excellent location also with quick access to T3 shops and restaurants.

Located minutes' walk from British Airways check-in desk in terminal 3, clean reliable room condition, quiet at night with view of the runway. Wish I didn't check-out early to try the breakfast (came with my booking but didn't use the service) as flight check-in didn't start for another 30 minutes or so. Quick self-service check-in and out with staff assistance. Wished my room was not that far away from the elevator, but all else good.

This is our 3rd time staying here, and its convenience is unparalleled. We’re usually tired from long flight and simply want to rest. We don’t have to leave the airport to check in at the hotel. Dining options abound and if you don’t want to spend an arm and a leg, buy food at 7-11at airport and bring them back to the room and eat. The bathroom is small but clean and efficient. The breakfast buffet has many selections and is tasty.
