The hotel itself was good, with self check in option as we arrived in the early hours of the morning. It is not communicated very well that the hotel is accessed through the airport. We followed Google Maps which took us outside their airport and around the back of the building, where we were told it was the loading dock and we couldn’t get in. The sign at the back door said to access it from level 3 of the airport, so we had to walk all the way back around and into the airport to find it. Other than that it was clean, quiet and easy to check in

The hotel is on the departure floor. Although it is in a corner, you can find it easily. There will be machine check in. But you can find a staff by ringing a bell on the counter. After staying there 3 times, I feel it is the best place for a nap during transit, especially in early morning hours.

Comfortable Hotel at the airport

I stayed here for one night before my flight from Haneda to Los Angeles, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. My flight was the next morning before noon, so I needed to check in at the airport around 9 a.m., and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The included breakfast was a nice touch with lots of selections, and I really enjoyed watching the sunrise and airport views right from my room. Best of all, it was completely quiet—no airport noise at all. It made my last night in Tokyo so relaxing before a long flight.
