It’s a nice hotel. Overall very clean.my only complaint is the carpet in the hallway on our floor is very old and worn out. The rest of the hotel is nice otherwise. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The service was very good. Staff was very friendly.

The property is in a great area for restaurants,bars and shopping. It has great transport links as it is only 5 minutes to the train and metro. The 72 hour metro pass is great value for money. The hotel itself is ok but is really in need of refurbishment. The room is clean but the furniture is old and needs replacing. The common areas are also in need of replacing. The breakfast service also finishes at 9:30 which is very early when one is on holidays. This meant we did not have breakfast. For example in Thailand and Hong Kong breakfast was served till 10:30/11. Also the hotel bar closes at 10 very early for a hotel. Not a bad hotel but needs moderation.

This hotel is 5 min walking from a big station.it has a shopping complex with many places to eat and get take away food.hotel has 3 restaurants one being a Chinese buffet for around £25 per person,not too bad was disappointed because there were no tempura items,desserts lovers you will enjoy.

The Hotel and room was clean and the staff nice. It is however an older property that shows signs of neglect. Smell of moisture in the room, old A/C system difficult to control, beds and pillows are hard and sheets feel like sandpaper. The breakfast was good but outside morning hours, eating options in the hotel were very limited. Location is good and allows for easy access to the train station.
