When I checked in, I thought the hotel lobby was nice and that this property would be a pleasant stay; I was wrong. The hotel is very outdated; no three-pronged outlets to charge a laptop. No washcloths, only loofas, I prefer not to wash my face with a loofah, too rough. The carpeting in the hall is old and stained. You cannot use the kettle and the hairdryer in the bathroom at the same time or it will trip the power (note left in the bathroom, not sure why you would use the kettle in the bathroom, but I was worried I could not plug in my hair straightener to heat up while blow drying my hair, so I waited). Also, the hotel will charge you 300 Yen if you do not turn in your room key when you leave.

Good location

Hotel is located near the subway and JR line. There are alot of restaurants, convenient stores and mall beside us where there is a bridge connecting to it. You can easily walk to it even if it is raining. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious enough. They provide toiletries, water and change the bed sheets on a daily basis. There is also an ice machine per floor and a microwave oven on the 2F.

The hotel was nice but the rooms are old and outdated. This would be fine if it didn't smell moldy/musty. They had an air cleaner in the room to try and remedy the problem, but it smelled even worse when running. We all felt unwell after sleeping here for a single night. The staff were difficult to deal with, unlike the other 4 hotels we stayed at during our trip where they were quite pleasant. Not planning to return here agin.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. The subway is pretty much a 4 minute walk! Several malls within a 5 minute walk. 7/11, Don Quiote (everything store) and other options across the street!! I came with two teenagers who love anime and Japan and they loved this stay. Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are a good size and clean. The sofa bed was even amazing! It was stable and firm! I think it was more cozy than the beds!! Did I mention affordable?

Beautiful hotel and location was great. Disney shuttle service and breakfast buffet was divine. We got the tokyo skytree view and we absolutely loved it. We miss it so much.
