Staff went over and above to return my companion’s cell phone to her! Upon realizing she had forgotten her phone, my friend called the hotel. The shuttle driver returned to the airport with her phone!!! Exceptional service! But why are hotel showers so dysfunctional? Not just this one, but all of them! It’s impossible not to leave a huge mess when showering. Otherwise, a great hotel with great staff. I would definitely recommend!
