The room was gorgeous and the bed was so incredibly comfortable. Outstanding service from the front desk, manager, valets and all of the staff. Went to Kost and the food there was incredible as always. Five star hotel. Five star service. Five star restaurant.

A disaster of a hotel - very expensive for what you get - virtually pitch black in the entrance to the hotel - main interior is like a cave decorated by a crazy person. Everything is very dirty and dark. Much deferred maintenance. Rooms are cheap in poor condition and sleazy looking. We has a suite and the main couch was black vinyl and velour. Food was below average quality and service. There are many other options at this price point, any of which would be much better.

We were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday with two other friends 3 rooms total . Checking in was painful. The staff was obviously not trained properly. They appeared to be very confused. Took quite a long time to check us all in . One example was parking, I didn’t have a vehicle but I was charged $75.00 for parking . I was also offered a $41.00 “credit voucher” which was a joke when trying to use it . We went upstairs to the restaurant and had appetizers and drinks. My favorite cocktail is a vodka martini with green olives, which is what I ordered. I got 3 olives with my martini and they were discusting , mushy and brown inside. Very disappointing experience over all not to mention the other disappointing situations with my other guest . Cheers

Amazing experience! One of the best hotels I had the pleasure visiting. From check-in to checkout, I just have good things to say. My room decor was stunning. The art deco furniture was heart melting, the mini bar with most Chandon and all the good things we deserve in our special occasion was a gift. The hotel decor is very and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Don’t waste your time trying to find options for parking around. Bisha has valet that lets you go in and out and beat service ever. Trust me, this is THE hotel to stay! Thank you for the birthday cake! It was really good!
