We stayed at the Bisha as it was in walking distance to the theatre we were attending. We were able to have valet parking and enjoyed dinner at the rooftop restaurant, KOST before the show. The staff were extremely professional and very helpful. We would stay there again.

Five-Star Experience!

From the moment I stepped through the doors, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of phenomenal. The luxury modern design, creating a sleek and sophisticated atmosphere. The room is impeccably appointed, featuring bed that is ridiculously comfortable, the shower, has the added touch of heated floors – a truly welcome luxury. However, what truly elevates this hotel is the impeccable service. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure every guest feels well-cared for. A special thank you to Doris Shayla, Norbert, Alex and Katie for your commitment to keeping clients happy. The hotel's location in the downtown area is also a major plus. Being within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants and a shopping mall made it incredibly convenient. And speaking of restaurants, I would highly recommend dining at Akira Back restaurant, located right in a lower level of Bisha hotel. It's a truly exceptional dining experience that shouldn't be missed. Overall, my stay was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay with outstanding service. Exceptional experience across the board, I can't wait to return!

Totally amazing stay. For my friends birthday Gorgeous room, hotel staff so nice and welcoming, always happy to help out. They even left a really thoughtful message and birthday treat in the room for my friend! Bonus was lobby bar at night, great vibe and music was really good. I would stay at Bisha again in a heartbeat

I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. Maria and the other staff member in the front-desk were amazing and provide us the most incredible customer service, I ever received. They consistently ensure my stay are very comfortable & pleasant. The hotel decor was creative, different and fabulous. We will definitely be coming back. Everything was top notch.

This was the best hotel stay I have ever had in North America. From the moment we walked in Zain treated my wife and I like gold. We told him why we were there, and he upgraded our room from the Nina to the Andy; which has never happened to me before. He then proceeded to give us a glass of champagne, which was simply the icing on the cake. Our experience from check in to check out was so amazing that we booked another stay while sipping coffee in bed. The hotel is stunning, the attention to detail is amazing, the bar downstairs is an absolute vibe, BUT; the staff's attention to their guests is what makes this place so special. Whenever we go back to Toronto this will be the only hotel I stay at. Thank you!
