Staff intruding/knocking, and even entering room when Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. Dirty dishes in kitchenette cabinet. Had to wash before use. Filthy bathroom and shower. Broken toilet paper holder - toilet paper kept falling on the dirty floor. Couch was stained and had crumbs on it. Convenient location.

We always enjoy our stay at the Cosmopolitan. The room amenities are great, and we love the area. Obviously, the construction outside was a bit of a nuisance, but that's outside of your control. We'll definitely be back

There is construction but staff made it work parking is safe and staff very kind and offer great advice on walking to nearby places. Rooms were nice with personal touches chocolates robes and slippers and water. It’s noisy but your in the heart of the city to be expected

Front desk agents very welcoming. Hotel surroundings have construction at the front door. Somewhat noisy neighborhood because of a lot of traffic on main streets. Suite is spacious and had everything I needed.
