Booked Hotel due to cancelled flights. I was looking for a Hotel close to the airport with a restaurant/Bar. When we arrived at 6pm, I noticed the restaurant and bar were closed. I spoke with the front desk asking why on a Saturday night would the restaurant be closed. The response was we have a snack bar. This was not acceptable. This should have been stated on the website!

Disappointed that the T.V in our room was outdated and did not offer Netflix etc. T.V Was not high quality and blurey if you were able to get any channels without it saying lost signal. Pool water was clean but very hot and not relaxing to swim in Also, pool seems to need repairs with a chunk of pool bottom broken away. Interior of Hotel is beautiful and quiet jjst became long in the room not being able to watch t.v. to unwind after a long day out.

Myself, my daughter and our dog stayed here because we had been dislocated by the recent ice storm. We explained the reason for our stay to the front desk staff. The dislocation was distressing for us and our dog but the desk people did everything they could to make our stay as stress-free as possible. We are home now and slowly getting back to normal life. Thanks to all the sympathetic folks at this hotel who helped to turn our emergency stay at your hotel into a very pleasurable one. They are very dog friendly which contributed to the pleasurable stay.
