It was easy to check in. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were clean. Coffee was always fresh. My kids said the pool was a little too warm it felt like a hot tub. I loved the fact that my pillows were very comfy and plentiful and the sheets smelled slightly of bleach. Very close to QEW.

Enjoyed my stay here, room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. I had a personal issue checking in, I thought i could pay with my debit. The attended kindly informed me that the rules had changed and was able to make things work out for me in the end with kindness, and even apologized for the long wait it took me to check in, and it wasn't his fault. I wish I got his name because he went above and beyond for me.

Had repeated issues with key cards not working to open hotel room door. I must’ve had 10 or 12 cards done and that’s not an exaggeration. Very inconvenient, but everything else was fine.

The room we stayed in was at end of the hallway, which is adjacent to the staff laundry facilities, quite noisy. The bathtub was dirty with stain. The shower-faucet was loose and the staff tightened it the following day at our request. The faucet-handle came off again the day after, we did not report it and managed with it for the remainder of our stay. The whole faucet needs to be replaced as water also was dripping slowly after shut off. Cleaning staff forgotten to replace our room with clean towels, not once but two times in our week stay.
Bathroom faucet-handle was loose, water dripping after shut-off, and stub stains.
