The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly at the front desk when we registered. The breakfast staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Hot food, supplies were always replenished. My favourite were the cinnamon buns. What could be better: there were 4 of us in the room and only 2 bath towels, 2 face cloths, and 2 hand towels. We asked for more at the front desk, and they were provided right away. I was disappointed in the response we received from the front desk with a concern we had. My friens is quite short and the beds are very high. She had difficulty climbing up. We asked the front desk for a stool in case she needed to get back into bed in the middle of the night. We did not receive any help or non-joking suggestions.

The first room we were given had a constant leak in the bathtub and some stains at the bottom of the tub. The front desk was very receptive and gave us a different room which they inspected during the transition to ensure things were good. We were in the area for a holiday function and got back to the hotel around midnight. Went to bed soon after but it was very difficult to sleep as all the pillows went flat soon after you laid your head on them. My oldest daughter was the only one that got a good rest as she brought her own pillow. Not something I expected to have to do when booking a hotel that had a good rating and cost over $200 for one night.
