Staff were great. Room temperature was an issue - blowing cold air when it should be heating. And the shower handle broke off and I could not shower. I told the front desk in the morning and they said they would but when I came back in the evening it was untouched. No one had looked at it. So I stayed two nights without shower. I’d like a refund for one night.

Friendly staff upon check in. Was nice seeing the manager asking how everything is. Cleaning staff was amazing. My kids got a huge kick out of them setting up their toys after making the beds. Nice little touch!
