Everything is good as usual except I was told parking was free on Expedia as well as by the valet. If you self parked, ended up paying 35 bucks for it had I known that from the beginning I would’ve just told the valet to take the car.

PARKING NOT FREE

Everything was great. Staff was friendly. Parking was NOT free, at the start they asked for my ticket to validate it but was never told it was still going to be charged $35 a day!!!!! Public parking close by was much cheaper for multiple days. NO ONE ADVISED ME OF A CHARGE FOR PARKING.

Room was very clean and spacious. The view of the CN tower and the lake was awesome. The bed however was too hard for me and the pillows (lovely down filled) were too flat. All in all a great one night stay.

Some of the customer service reps weren't very friendly and wanted to upcharge me for bringing my daughter along. Thankfully upon check-in the attendant waived the fee. Overall it was a nice hotel, but I am not sure if it's worth the price you pay.
