Lovely large room. The window view was phenomenal especially at night. Staff was courteous. Especially appreciated to complimentary shuttle to the train station. The hotel was across the road from the “One of a Kind Christmas Craft Show”. Appreciated the close proximity as visiting the craft show was our primary reason for visiting Toronto.

husband's 30th birthday, and we want to commend the staff for their excellent service, particularly in handling a small scheduling issue. There was a minor mix-up with our reservation for the theatre room, but honestly, it wasn't a huge deal. The team at Hotel X quickly stepped in and offered a great, convenient solution. They smoothly arranged for us to have our movie night set up comfortably in our room instead. As a thoughtful gesture, they provided complimentary light snacks and drinks. This quick accommodation ensured our night was still enjoyable, and we really appreciated the extra effort. Another major highlight of our stay was getting to enjoy the heated pool! The staff's professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to make our celebration easy and pleasant were truly noted. We will definitely recommend Hotel X and will be back again soon!
