I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels over the years, and I can confidently say that this was, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this hotel lacks even the most basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. The room was uninviting, uncomfortable, and far from clean, making it nearly impossible to relax. The so-called amenities—if you can even call them that—were a complete joke, offering little to no value for what I paid. What’s worse, the staff seemed completely indifferent to guest satisfaction, showing no real concern for the experience of those staying here. For the price I paid, I’m honestly struggling to find any justification for the cost. This hotel is a massive disappointment, and I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Great stay

Difficult to find the parking. You have to go past the hotel and go underground at the mall. Better signage to help direct guests would go a long way. Otherwise it was great.
