We were coming back from the airport and wanted an easily accessible hotel room for the night after a long day of travels. When we got to the hotel, the parking wasn’t easy to find. We parked outside shops to access the main access to the hotel to then find out the lobby was on the 12th floor. We asked the security where to park our car and she gave simple instructions to an underground parking, which weren’t easy to follow. Once parked, we headed up the wrong elevator to find our way to the lobby. At the lobby, we found out we didn’t park in the right area in the underground parking, therefore our car needed to be moved. If you’re looking for something quick, simple and easily accessible, I would suggest another hotel.

There are no utensils, pans, or plates provided in the room. I’m not sure what the point is of having a stove or calling it a "suite" when there are no basic kitchen essentials available.
