The hotel provided a basic, clean room. The shower needs upgrading. The Inn has a charm but is a little run down. There is a lot of potential. It was nice to have the lounge with coffee and tea available. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean and staff were professional and attentive. Walking in the immediate area was safe. 1/4 mile away be street smart, do not walk home late night, or intoxicated. There were people hanging out on the sidewalks, and alleys.

Great location; two blocks from Younge St and public transit is nearby. Courteous and attentive staff. The room was clean and comfortable; had a desk, bar fridge, heat pump and large shower with toiletries. Coffee and tea were free in a small lounge area opposite the front desk, as well as snacks for a small fee. There was no negatives. I will stay again.

The staff was incredible. The building is nice. The room got the job done. Great bathroom. Noisy AC unit. The area around the inn isn’t ideal. That’s not their fault though. As far as the stay goes, it was lovely.
