The room is spacious. I traveled with my husband and 2 kids and we had enough space to put all the bags and everything. The beds were comfortable. We had an issue in the restaurant, but the concierge helped. Overall a good experience and would stay there again.

Picked this property for proximity to the subway to get out to the National Bank Open tennis tournament. It is an old hotel, and there were some minor negatives - slightly noisy air handler for the A/C and a sink that needed attention. Otherwise, great. Very helpful staff. Walking distance to Union Station (and UP train to/from the airport), St Lawrence Market, waterfront and CN Tower, and museums (although longer walk). Fantastic restaurants in the neighborhood too. The room was large and comfortable for 2 people and consistent wifi. The hotel truly deserves the 4.5-5 stars you see on different sites.
