Rude youth ice hockey team

Stay would have been perfectly fine if not for a youth ice hockey team screaming over video games in the restaurant while their parents ignored them and also yelled at each other at their own table, and then they played tag until 2:30am on my floor. Truly slept maybe 2 hours. I wish the hotel would have been more proactive in dealing with that team for the sake of the rest of us.

There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and there was a roach on the bathroom floor when I woke up in the morning. I had to make a flight so just put a towel on it. Would never stay in this hotel again.

Check in was slow only one person at the desk, lots of noise through the night hotel rented a room to young adults and unfortunately gave us the room right across, the washroom sliding door did not close well and we had to pull the plug in the sink for the water to drain. Had drinks and ate at the restaurant on-site had one good waitress who was running around trying to serve us while 2 other staff stood at the bar doing nothing.Comfortable beds nice airport transfer.
